Hey people! I’m constantly on the lookout for great talent in the ambient/electronic music arena, as I’m sure you are, too. I wanted to find out if anyone out there could make some recommendations of artists that are totally out-of-this-world awesome! Who do you like? I’d love to listen their stuff. Some very interesting artists I have heard recently are as follows: Liquid Mind: a project by a man called Chuck Wild, who makes very smooth and ethereal sounding ambient music. Some of the best I've heard, this is true ambient how it should be listened to. David Parsons: makes very interesting ambient/new age music, including different styles and instruments from all the cultures he meets during his travels in Asia. Both of these can be found on Last.fm. Hope this helps. |
